在馬可過來之後夫妻兩人才能真正開始落實瑞士的新生活。把居留證﹐保險﹐汽車登記之類的事物辦妥後﹐下一步則是馬可開始為期三個月德文密集課程 - 我們採取的是“一人學二人通”策略﹐怎麼說呢﹐蒂娜德文有些自學的底子﹐馬可一邊學可以一邊幫蒂娜復習。
蒂娜也頗認真的規劃自個兒職場生涯。現在蒂娜所屬的部門幫美國一家保險公司管理其私人產權投資組合(Private Equity Portfolio)﹐之下包括了一百四十多家私人產權基金 (Private Equity Funds)。因此基本上除了每日處理投資金進出﹐每季評估投資組合的表現﹐還有近千家的公司經營動態報導需注意。目前因為人少能做到的只有關鍵項目﹐所以小隊才正在擴充。蒂娜期望自己能夠成為這個投資組合的產品經理人(Product Manager)﹐因此非常積極的學習和吸取前人的經驗﹐同時花心思培訓新進同事來增加團隊的生產力。

I am not sure if I can help you a lot with your job searching plan. I had several initial interviews with HR agency in Lugano but then I did not have many results.
Depends on what kind of job you are searching, if you don't mind something administrative to start with, you could give Adecco Lugano a try, they contacted me 2-3 times within 2 years (I even forwarded one of these job opportunity to you.) You could reply to that email address again expressing your availability and interest.
I personally don't contact HR agency anymore so unfortunately I haven't got any Lugano contacts with me.
However, from my experience you get a better chance replying directly to company job vacancy advertisements.
