這回的Engadine 谷地假期非常幸運﹐每天都是晴空萬里﹐除了最後一天雲層開始厚起來﹐開始有降雨跡象。蒂娜和馬可都認為一個禮拜的時間實在太短暫了﹐下回能花兩個禮拜時間渡假更好。
冬天以滑雪及溫泉出名的谷地﹐在夏天則是許多種戶外活動的天堂﹐光是山中健行的路線就豐富的不得了。

蒂娜和馬可的遺憾是白天已經有體能訓練的量要顧及﹐下午就沒什麼精力(尤其是蒂娜﹗)再去爬山了~~ 但風景好到令愛觀光的蒂娜咬牙切齒﹗
(***這是最後一天兩人開車到山上兜風的照片﹐是一個叫做 Julier Pass 的山隘﹐難度比Bernina Pass 山隘高﹐通過兩旁氣勢磅礡的山谷﹐一定非常過癮。希望下一回蒂娜可以騎車來征服它嘍﹗)

Thanks, I've been working out-of-town for 2 months and I only had little time for internet surfing.
However I just finished my project and pampered myself with Florence & Switzerland holidays.
I had a good rest, and I should be starting to look for my next project/work now....
PS Still deciding if I should go for another Ironman distance race end of September, depends on how I feel this month..
